With over 17 years of experience working in Management and IT consulting, Anuradha has acquired a diverse and unique set of skills through delivering complex strategic and operational programmes for blue-chip organisations within insurance. Anuradha’s in-depth understanding of project delivery, business analysis, consulting, and her unique blend of experience and qualifications has allowed her to deliver both technical and business change. Anuradha received an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK and a Master’s degree in Computer Application from India.

Anuradha is passionate about working with businesses to examine, identify and unravel efficiency gains achieved by adopting process optimisation, digitisation, automation, and staff augmentation. At Valenta, Anuradha utilises her rich experience coupled with strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills to understand each business’s unique needs and thereby work together to develop a solution that’s best suited to those needs.
