The Bot navigates the Acumatica portal and clicks Invoices and Memo’s within the Receivables section. It creates a new record by extracting data from the invoices. In this instance, the invoices are in PDF. However, the invoices can be in any digital format. On completion, the Bot logs out of Acumatica.
